      Must be taken on an empty stomach with a large glass of water (30-60 minutes before or 2 hours after meals). Dosage varies by indivudual and should be monitored closely.

      Ideally, take 2 capsules before exercise, and 2 capsules before bedtime. If an empty stomach is not possible before exercise, take the first dose in the morning, after waking up.

      Incredible!

      For about 7 years my entire body has had inflammation and there has been fatique. I've cut out carbohydrates, fried food, sugar and been on a very limited diet trying to get better. There are days of just light juice (reduced sugar) and soup. My arm became so inflamed, it spread to my neck. Sleeping was difficult sometimes. I've been taking this enyzme for 4 days and all pain is practically gone. The first day I only took 1 to make sure I would not have a reaction. The next 2 days, I took 2 each day. Yesterday, I took the full dose of 4 and today I am new person.

      Life is Worth Living Again

      Seems to be improving my fibromyalgia pain. I feel better & better as time goes by. Not perfect yet. But compared to the excruciatingly intense pain I have had for 2 years... Activ Restore has made me be able to enjoy some life! Praying it just continues to repair the fibromyalgia within my body. Gives me hope and more laughter than I have had in 2 years!❤️
