SHIPPING POLICY
We offer free shipping for all orders over $35 that are shipped within the United States using USPS priority mail.  We offer options for expedited shipping at checkout.  For international shipments, you must pay for shipping, as well as duty, tax, collection fees and customs reassessments, if applicable. 

EASY RETURN POLICY 
In order to keep our prices consistently competitive, we follow these guidelines for consumer returns.  

ORDERS SENT WITHIN THE U.S. We will refund any unopened product returned to us in its original condition (without evident damage) within thirty (30) days after you receive the order. We refund the original purchase price of the item and taxes (if applicable); shipping is nonrefundable. Refunds for returns are subject to our acceptance of the condition of the goods returned. 

ORDERS SENT OUTSIDE THE U.S.  We are sorry, but we do not offer credits or refunds on products shipped outside of the U.S. for any reason because we cannot guarantee the quality of the product for restocking. 

OPENED PRODUCT. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns once merchandise has been opened. Please inspect your product before opening and contact us immediately if you suspect a problem with the quality of the product. 

STEPS 1,2,3 FOR AN EASY RETURN  

1. Contact our returns department at (888) 298-7363. Should you call outside of normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:15 AM-5 PM PST), please leave a detailed message regarding the return including your name, telephone number, order number, and the reason for return. You may also email info@biomediclabs.com and a customer service representative will confirm we received the return request. Further information may also be requested as needed.
2. Package your item(s) securely. 
3. Take the package to your local shipping carrier. 

Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, we will inspect the item and begin the refund process. 

Please note, these policies are in place so that we can offer you the highest quality merchandise at competitive prices. While we do provide detailed information about each product on our website, we understand you may have additional questions. Prior to your purchase, feel free to call and speak with one of our knowledgeable customer service representatives about any of our products. This will help eliminate unnecessary returns and fees and ensure that you, as our valued customer, receive the proper item.
