    I have been taking Serra Rx260 along with Serracor-NK for several years now because I believe I have adhesions (scar tissue) in my stomach and it seems to have helped a lot since the discomfort I feel has eased substantially since I started taking the supplements. In addition, I like that it is helpful in other ways - supporting respiratory, sinus, muscle, joint and tissue health - and as we get older, we all could use help in those areas!     We do a therapeutic dosing once every year. I am 68 my husband is 72.
